In this module you will acquire the necessary skills to develop projects aimed at solving practical problems in the field of governance and human rights. You will examine your own role and relationship to human rights-based governance. Furthermore, you will be developing strategies for implementing good governance and with the focus on human rights in different organizations, e.g. companies, civil society organizations or political institutions. Upon completion of the module, you will be able to develop complete project or program designs and to conduct independent fundraising.

In this course you will learn the key elements of project development and project management tools and develop an understanding of the role and responsibilities of a project manager. By the end of the course you should have strengthened your competencies in considering complex dimensions including good governance and the human rights and gender equality dimensions of projects. After successfully completing this course, you should be able to use a variety of project management tools. |
